B.1 Page-class verdict sheet: 454 URLs

One row per URL. Verdicts: keep 73, rewrite 70, fold 149, kill 162. The four classes are keep, rewrite, consolidate, and retire. Fold means consolidate (a 301 into a hub). Kill means retire (a 410). The verdict rules sort pages into these four buckets. Keep = homepage, EN core/info pages, hubs and legal/info pages of the four locales with demand (es, fr, it, ar). Keep pages need no writing. Add the author line, contact link, and title fixes. Rewrite = a country page with any paid orders (2026-06-01 to 2026-09-12) or 100+ pre-break clicks in 90 days. A country page with 20+ GA4 key events in 2026 YTD (all channels, 2026-01-01 to 2026-09-26) is also Rewrite. Rewrite is the only bucket that needs writing. Fold = every other country page with 5 to 99 pre-break clicks. Each one gets a 301 to its regional hub (EN, 5 hubs) or its locale hub (es, fr, ar). Fold needs no rewrite of the old page. The hub needs a short, sourced row for each folded country. Kill = under 5 pre-break clicks, no orders, and under 20 GA4 key events. The 162 pages carry 37 key events between them in 9 months. Kill also covers every URL in the seven retired locales (ru, pt, de, el, tr, hi, th). Together they had 283 clicks in the 90 days before the drop and no orders. They had 4 clicks in the 23 days after it, 1 each on 4 pages. Serve a 410 and remove each one from the sitemap, hreflang, and internal links, including the language switcher and /countries/. Score columns use the E-E-A-T rubric (1 to 10) described in Part 3. Blank cells mean the metric does not apply. The exceptions are nine rows with no scores and five country rows with no cosine. Five of the nine are pages added to the inventory outside the 2026-09-13 crawl (live-verified 2026-09-21). The other 4 are legacy locale slugs that already 301 to their translated pages. The Δ clicks/day % column is blank where pre-break clicks are zero. Cosine and boilerplate exist only for pages with a sibling comparison. The GA columns are the GA4 landing-page export (all users, all channels, 2026-01-01 to 2026-09-26). Key events are mostly generate_lead, which is not an order. Read them as a relative signal. The landing-page report groups each page path across e-ita.org and the apply and order subdomains, so its key events combine all three. The reasons for the old pre-migration URLs in the redirect map count e-ita.org only, because a redirect catches only e-ita.org visits. Pre-break clicks count the exact e-ita.org URL.
