Stage 4 (162 removals) follows the fold and kill list review. Each file shows what every URL returned on 2026-10-01. Each file also gives the old URL's search clicks over 12 months and its GA4 sessions in 2026. A 404 on a stage 1 old URL is expected: that dead page is why the redirect exists.
